Training Program Overview
This presentation provides an overview of the Home Health Training Program (Parts 1 and 2). The framework for the standardization of patient assessment data elements is discussed. New and revised OASIS-E items, effective January 1, 2023, are described. In addition, training and implementation objectives for HH agencies are reviewed.
